Brand new memory boards installed in 9 out of our 11 servers! New cluster load balancing also initiated as well!

Latest revisons issued and installed on all our servers which should mean a drop in SPAMS to our clients - hopefully that is!

We too fell prey to the huge influx of spams from the orient and had to completely tear down the server and rebuild it from scratch! Took about 7 hours, but the server runs great and we've also installed a new firewall and spam filters too!

As one of the server owners who was attacked in early November by the blizzard of asian spam and mailbombs, we are now happy to report that all hardware has been scrubbed, cleaned, washed and pressed and with new SPAM patches and email virus apps, are up and running fine now!

As an MS partner, we've just received the latest and newest versions of their server backup software installs, which we've done and tested and can report that we're now protected both on the same servers and on the network too!

We have just upgraded our mail server software and it now handles almost twice as many simultaneous connections as before! Testing was fraught with problems to be honest, but it showed us where some items had been misplaced and that led to an even stronger SPAM detection ability!

This evening, we installed the latest Spam Assasin filters for our servers and have tested same to ensure that as much spam as we can find, we kill before it ever reaches our clients IN box!
12/27/2004 4:00 PM Hard Drive Upgrades!
As planned during the break between Christmas and New Years, we've added big new Hard Drives to the servers and mirrored same, along with installing automatic 24/7 backup functionality as well! These tasks should be completed by 12/31/04!
11/22/2004 4:00 PM Email Server Upgrades!
It was necessary today, to shut down the email server due to a backlog of SPAM infections from overseas. After the queue was cleared, the server was restarted and our new SpamAssasin took over and we are now protected...
10/20/2004 2:00 AM Client Migration Now Complete!
The various hardware and software installations are now complete and have been fully tested. We were challenged somewhat by our email server setups, but all issues have now been resolved and the email server is up and running fine under SPAM protection from SpamAssassin and server blacklist aid from Spamcop.
10/15/2004 10:00 PM Migration of All Client Accounts to new Servers!
We begin the process to move all of our client accounts over to brand new servers without any interruptions to web site service or email service. This process will take approximately 10 days with full testing during and after all milestones.
